Affected West African countries meet Lagos State Government for Assistance on how to contain Ebola outbreak


West African countries where the deadly Ebola Virus is currently spreading fast have recently contacted the Lagos State Government for assistance on how to combat and contain the virus.It has
been noted that the survival rate of diagnosed and quarantined Ebola victims in Lagos had been in the highest level amid all other infected countries with the same case of the virus.

The deputy Director, Lagos State Ministry of Health , Mrs. Omowunmi George , said at an Ebola awareness campaign  held in ikorodu that out of 15 confirmed cases in Lagos , a total number of Five died and all others had been assisted medically to overcome the virus. She said "what we did was to get everybody on duty at the airport when sawyer came in;got their numbers and contacted them; brought them a thermometer each to start monitoring their temperature; surely ,their temperature will go up, immediately they show signs of high temperature we quarantined them from having more contact with other people.
