Joan Rivers the host of Fashion Police passed away after experiencing complications in her throat surgery and her daughter Melissa Rivers spoke while expressing gratitude to the doctors and fans who have been more than helpful since her critical condition in hospital and till the final moments of her passing away.Melissa and his son cooper said if Joan should be here she would have wanted everyone to be happy and laughing but it seems so hard to do right now.
