EBOLA ALERT... Due to the outbreak of the Ebola Virus Disease in Sierra leone , They yesterday announced a four days lockdown in order to combat the deadly virus.
A Government spoke person confirmed this, saying 'no one will be allowed to leave their homes for this stipulated period' as they want to contain new cases and also stop the spread of the disease further in the country.
The virus has killed an estimated total of about 2,100 people in four west African countries (Nigeria,Guinea,Sierra Leone and Liberia) in recent months. WHO announced that health workers will be given vaccines by nNovember when the test have been completed and confirmed safe for public use.
