The American star admitted that he has contracted HIV/AIDS virus and he tested positive.The platinum selling rapper accepted and shared the news on his official twitter handle that he tested positive for HIV/AIDS, though he also wrote that this news will not get the best of him as he plans not to spread it to anyone and also to continue doing his thing until his time is up. The tweet was later deleted from his handle a while after.
