Nigerian Military dismisses claims of Chibok Girls Release
The Nigerian Military has come forward to dismiss claims going about on various online media
claiming the kidnapped Chibok Girls has been released to them and said this information is untrue.
The Military Spokesman, Major General Chris Olukolade on tuesday said the rumours on the freedom of the 200 Chibok girls kidnapped since April by the Boko Haram sect was untrue and that such issue would have not been hidden in secrecy if there was any such development whatsoever.
It was reported that two buses was spotted driving into the army barrack carrying some individuals suspected to be the missing Chibok Girls but the spokesman said that this girls were not newly released Chibok Girls and that if such event comes up they will inform the public through their normal news mediums.
