Chelsea Fc today won the Barclays premier league title after a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge, The victory is Chelsea first glimpse of the title after five years, when they wont last under the reigns of Carlos Ancelotti. The second coming of Jose Mourinho to the bridge was dented in the first season after he finished third on the league table behind Liverpool and he started this season strong after acquiring the signatures of Spanish players, Diego Costa and Cesc Fabragas and also Thibaut Courtois return from loan spell. Chelsea was pivoted into league winners by constant impressing display and assist from the Premier Player of the year, Eden Hazard whom also scored the goal that ensured the title is theirs........congrats Chelsea Fc
