Finding Wenger Successor A Massive Challenge - David Dein


Arsenal former Vice chairman David Dein says the club faces a huge challenge planning for Arsene
Wenger's successor.

Following the great impacts made on the club by the manager in his time at the club, Dein states its going to be a very difficult task when the time comes to seek for a replacement.

He also said it is tough to talk about succession plans when the manager has already been handed a new three years deal.

"In the modern game , no sooner has a manager signed a deal then within a year they will probably be out of the job" who knows what will happen in the three years, there meant be a surprise before then.

It is very tough when you have a man who has got a lot of personality as Arsene , it will be difficult to think about replacing him as he has given a lot and made much impacts on the club.

I’ve always said that Arsene won’t be a difficult act to follow, he will be an impossible act to follow. For what he has achieved, he has left his mark on Arsenal forever.” will as times goes by we will see things as they unfold.
