South Africa Returns $15 million Arms deal money to Nigerian Government

The South African Ambassador to Nigeria, Lulu Louis Mnguni said yesterday that Nigeria has
received the sum of $15 million seized by his countries authorities in connection to two reported arms deals.

South African authorities on september 5, held $9.3 million cash belonging to the Nigeria Government before again seizing another $5.7 million in a month later, investigations showed that the funds were brought in for an illegal arms purchase.
